Shipping: our team offer flexible, reliable and quick shipping services to the worldwide for all the organic products from Bhutan.
We use the shipping services like EMS service which can take up to 7 days with a maximum 12 to 18 days.
For the instant shipping we use FedEx and DHL services.
We provide you with a package tracking number after the completion of your order.

Return policy: we have a 100% satisfaction policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of your order for all unopened items. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
